Favorite Dessert(s): Coffee ice cream than actually tastes like coffee and my mom’s plain cheesecake.

Approach to Counseling: Counseling for me is instrumental toward the well-being of a person. I approach it in a holistic way, where considerations about the body, mind, and spirit intertwine and produce balance.
What is a piece of advice that stuck with you? Be patient and persevere. Those two are key in my life as a person, as a professional and as a human being.

I believe it is essential to explore strengths and how those strengths have helped you get to where you are now and can help you continue on your journey.
Favorite Dessert: almost anything chocolate but especially chocolate cake with raspberry filling
